Was brought out to 23L. Yeast pitched at 17.37 degrees (bed time). Used fermenter #2.
Apparently the yeast has an apparent attenuation of 74% If that is so the final gravity should be...

= ((1043 - 1000) * (1 - 75/100)) + 1000
= 1010.8

- Boiled with the finishing hops for 4 minutes.
- Fermented at 10deg in the fridge.
- Used 160g of priming sugar.
- Got 60 375mL stubbies from 23L of beer.
