Wyeast Whitbread Ale Yeast (#1099) from #12
Was brought out to 20.7L. Yeast pitched at 22 C
Apparently the yeast has an apparent attenuation of 68-72% If that is so the final gravity should be...
FG = (SG - 1000) * (1 - AA/100) + 1000 = ((1032 - 1000) * (1 - 70/100)) + 1000 = 1009.6

Mashed malt in 2.8L of water at 70C for 1 hour
Sparged with 1.8L of water for 15 minutes
Boiled malt extract for 1 hour with the lid on
Pitched 350mL of yeast starter
Used approx 500mL of wort for new starter plus 200mL of the old starter
Used 190g of sugar to prime.
Got 52 bottles from around 20L of beer.
