Kit contained
  • 1.7kg Brewcraft Pale Ale
  • 1.5kg Briess Munich Malt
  • 2 x 150g cracked Crystal grain
  • 25g Galaxy hops
  • 25g Mosaic hops
  • 11.5g Safale US-05 yeast

Brought out to 19L in Fermzilla. Recipe does not specify final volume but this gave a reasonable SG.

The yeast has an apparent attenuation of 78-82% If that is so the final gravity should be...

FG = (SG - 1000) * (1 - AA/100) + 1000 
   = ((1051 - 1000) * (1 - 80/100)) + 1000
   = 1010.2

Notes
  • Yeast pitched at 39C
  • Temperature set at 19C.
  • IPA should have 2.1 - 2.6 volumes of CO2 which is 7-13 PSI at 4C and 22-30 PSI at 19C
