1.7kg Black rock Pilsner Blonde LME
250g wheat dry malt extract
Brewcraft Brewblend #15 (250g maltodextin, 500g dextrose, 250g malt extract)
15g Cascade hops (in a teabag)
15g WIllamette hops (in a teabag)
Saf-Ale US-05 dry ale yeast
Brought out to 23L in fermenter #1.
The yeast has an apparent attenuation of 70% If that is so the final gravity should be...
FG = (SG - 1000) * (1 - AA/100) + 1000 = ((1045 - 1000) * (1 - 70/100)) + 1000 = 1013.5
